TransplantaTransplant Coordination Programme

Programme Overview

How It Works

Two core stages — from independent medical evaluation to transplant coordination — plus continued aftercare as you return home.

Our Role

Independent Medical Coordination

We operate as a professional intermediary between the patient and the Belarusian state transplantation system. Our coordination team manages every administrative, logistical, and communication step — so that the patient can focus entirely on their health.

01

Medical Evaluation & Programme Entry

One-time assessment · No commitment to Stage 02 required

We assess your case and determine eligibility — independently and confidentially. You receive a clear written report before making any decisions.

Step 01

Documentation Submission

The patient submits current medical records: diagnosis, treatment history, laboratory results, and imaging. Our team provides a detailed checklist to ensure nothing is missing.

Step 02

Independent Medical Review

Your case is reviewed against programme criteria by our coordination team. This is an independent assessment — separate from the clinical evaluation at RNPC.

Step 03

Compatibility Assessment

Blood group, HLA typing, and immunological parameters are analysed per Belarusian transplantation criteria. This determines your medical compatibility profile.

Step 04

Eligibility Determination

You receive a written eligibility report with a clear outcome. This is an assessment of programme suitability — not a guarantee of transplantation.

Step 05

Coordination Agreement

Upon confirmed eligibility, a formal coordination agreement is signed. At this point, your profile is registered within the RNPC system and Stage 02 begins.

Stage Outcome

Written Eligibility Report

You receive a clear determination before making any commitment to Stage 02.

02

Transplant Activation & Coordination

Ongoing · Repeated approximately every 90 days

Once accepted, we manage every aspect of the process — from regular clinical monitoring to the moment you arrive at the facility in Minsk.

Step 01

Clinical Monitoring

Your medical status is reviewed at approximately 90-day intervals. Updated laboratory results are submitted and assessed to maintain your active profile.

Step 02

Repeated Compatibility Testing

Immunological parameters are retested periodically to keep your profile current and maximise matching accuracy.

Step 03

Organ Availability Notification

When a compatible organ becomes available through the state system, you are notified promptly by our coordination team.

Step 04

Logistical Coordination

We coordinate travel arrangements, prepare all required documentation, and manage direct communication with RNPC Minsk on your behalf.

Step 05

Transplantation

The surgical procedure is performed by licensed transplant specialists at the RNPC state facility in Minsk, Belarus.

End Result

Transplantation at RNPC Minsk

Performed by licensed state transplant specialists at a centre of excellence.

Medical Documentation Transfer

Complete transplant records, pathology reports, and post-operative protocols are prepared and provided for your home physician.

Return Logistics

Assistance with return travel arrangements and any documentation required for continuity of care in your home country.

Follow-Up Liaison

For a defined period following discharge, our team remains available to facilitate communication between you, your local medical team, and RNPC Minsk if clinical questions arise.

Waiting Period

Up to 12 Months.

Not Years.

Through our programme, the typical waiting period for a transplant is significantly shorter than in most European allocation systems. In individual cases, subject to medical eligibility and organ availability, the waiting period is up to 12 months.
